Terms of Service

Rimac Construction provides construction, renovation, and repair services in Connecticut and Rhode Island.

All estimates provided via our website or in-person are subject to change based on hidden conditions discovered during the project, material price fluctuations, or changes in scope requested by the client. A formal, signed contract is required before any work begins.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes or communicating with our team.

Clients are responsible for securing necessary HOA approvals or neighborhood permissions before the commencement of exterior work, unless otherwise specified in our contract.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rimac Construction or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the site or our services prior to a formal contract being signed.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
